24 Watt HID Boxer
The reaction I get from people when they see this light in action for the first time is always complete astonishment. They simply can't believe that much light is coming out of something so small. Besides emiting a massive wall of focusable light, (1800 lumens, the High Intesity Discharge beam the Boxer creates will throw it's laser like shaft of light farther then any other flashlight technology available. This is because of the extremely high surface brightness of the arc jumping across the bulbs platinum electrodes. Because the output is not adjustable and takes 15 seconds to reach full brightness, this light is less versatile then other flashlight technologies, but it makes up for it with sheer horsepower!

Amazing
WOW! That is all I pretty much have to say about this light. I just received mine today and it is beyond amazing. Even in daylight the beam is overwhelming. This is my first HID flashlight and I am beyond amazed! Highly recommended. PTS is a pleasure to work with and they ship fast.

You may need sunglasses for this
This is a light cannon among pistols, a compact, barn-burning retina searer that will blow away any Maglite or multi-led flashlight you've ever seen. Using one is a bit like having a compact car powered by a Saturn V rocket, but the very convenient recharging system ensures great ease of use. I use mine for floodlighting my back yard, plus the one next to that, plus the playing field next to that...you get the picture. Intruders don't stand a chance, they'll be blinded for the rest of the night.
